Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Operation and Retail Coordinator to support a UK-based employer in Sales and Marketing at our client. As a South African professional, you will play a key role in coordinating sales, new product development, marketing, and the B2C side of the business. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities, including managing sales pipelines, forecasting sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth
• Manage new product development, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Analyse sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive sales growth
• Develop and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient supply chain management
• Prepare and present weekly reports to senior management, highlighting key sales performance metrics and areas for improvement
• Run the brand, including managing brand assets, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, and developing brand strategies to drive sales growth

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-3 years' experience in sales or marketing
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Confidence using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Previous experience working with UK clients or companies is advantageous
