Insurance Consultant
Guide clients through their insurance needs as a fully remote Insurance Consultant.
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Insurance Consultant to assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance products and managing their policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable products
- Present and explain insurance products clearly including terms, premiums, and benefits
- Process new policy applications, renewals, and amendments accurately
- Handle client queries, complaints, and claims support professionally
- Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation
- Achieve individual sales and retention targets consistently
- Ensure full compliance with FAIS, FICA, and TCF requirements at all times
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or consulting
- RE5 qualification and relevant FAIS credits required
- Strong knowledge of short-term or life insurance products
- Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
- Target-driven with a client-first approach
- High level of professionalism and ethical conduct
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- NQF Level 4 qualification in Financial Services preferred
Salary: R22,000/month + commission | 100% Remote
